Your yard card will have the best appearance if the grass has been cut prior to our installation date.

Please let us know if there are dangerous pets (or neighbors!) or any other notes to consider regarding the property (Gate, security, difficult terrain, no grass, etc).

Your yard card will be on display for 2-3 days. To protect it from damage, please refrain from mowing your lawn during this time. If mowing is absolutely necessary, please exercise extreme caution. Avoid cutting near the cards to prevent them from being knocked over or covered in grass clippings. A cleaning fee will be charged if the card is significantly soiled with grass clippings when it’s picked up.

If there is a very specific time that you would like to have the card installed just let us know when we contact you to confirm your order and although we can’t make any promises - we will do our very best to accommodate that.

This is a rental item. Personalized yard cards are displayed for a minimum of 48 hours, and Extra Large cards for up to 72 hours (weather permitting). Graduation displays are available for 48 hours to accommodate as many customers as possible during the busy season. Our standard rental period is approximately 3 days from the date of installation, with pickup typically scheduled on the 4th day. For example, if your display is installed on Tuesday morning, pickup would usually take place on Friday at a time that fits our schedule. If this timeframe does not work for you, please let us know. Additional days may be added for a small fee. If this is a gift, please inform the recipient that it is a rental and will be picked up.

Yes, there is a $25 charge for each additional name.

Yes absolutely our Yard Cards will be installed rain or shine! In the event of a dangerous monsoon, tornado, or hurricane we will work together to decide what to do in that case!

If your event is postponed or cancelled, as long as we have not already installed the card - we will happily give you a credit for your next event and work with you to reschedule! Please give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling otherwise a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

Delivery within 25 miles of our Clayton, NC warehouse is included in the price.

Extended Service Area Fee: For locations outside this 25-mile radius, an additional charge of $25 will apply for every extra 10 miles OR 10 minutes of travel (the higher of the two will be charged).

Invoicing: If your location incurs an additional travel fee, we will email you a separate invoice for this amount after you place your order. Agreement:

While order cancellations are possible after placement, please note that credit card processing fees are incurred by our company upon each transaction. These fees include a 3.5% charge and a $0.35 fixed fee per order. In the event of a cancellation and subsequent refund, these same fees will be deducted from your original purchase amount to offset the charges we are responsible for.
